The location is great as it is very close to haram. The hotel facilities were not great. The check-in process was very long, and we were in line for almost 1.5 hours. The first room we got had a really foul smell from the toilet. We complained and were allocated to a new room on a lower floor than before. The new room was also very smelly the floor and furniture smelled very sour. At this point they had no other room options other than a premium suite for an additional 1500 SAR per night. The breakfast was good, but we in no way felt like this was a 5-star hotel, not good value for the money compared to the other hotels located in the Mecca Towers.

Location was excellent close to Haram. Great facilities with the hotel and staff. Especially the cleaners a big mention to them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, 🌟🌟🌟special thanks to Mme Hanin AACHOUR 🌟🌟🌟, the hotel in the Masjid Haram so you can pray from your room , which is equipped by speakers directly from the Haram; the breakfast is rich and varied. The suites are larges and ideal for families; the elevators are available and fast.

breakfast so good and delicious, the view haram was so amazing, 5minutes walk to Haram because so near to Haram, aircon is good, we can hear adzan from the speaker at the room.. the staff is welcome and nice.. they upgrade my room and can have early check-in without extra charge.. thank you pullman.. definitely come back again to this hotel InsyaAllah..

Very convenient to get to the Haram and just few steps away also plenty of lifts and great Breakfast
