Clean and nice lobby and spacious rooms, staff attitude and support was superb, free under ground parking, good breakfast and most convenient was, round the clock shuttle to haram. suite was spacious with three bathrooms, more than sufficient for a family like us. Compfy bed and pillows. Shuttle dropped at Kudai parking, though government busses were available there to shift the visitors to backside of clock tower for free - it takes 5 to 7 minutes walk to reach Abdulaziz door from this place.

Breakfast was ok . Thought it would be intercontinental breakfast. The location was great but to go to the Haram for umrah and taking 2 shuttles and still a long walk to the haram can be improved.

The superior room is huge and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, and the early checking for a very small fee for 10 am was a huge benefit travelling with kids..

Good price as I got in on special. Not too far from Haram and close to Haj route. Big room with sleeper couch as I got an upgrade. Big shower and proper rain shower. Shuttle to Haram.

The location is close to many shops and malls, Haram is 10 mints in taxi , 20 SAR

Excellent hotel at an excellent price. Decent location, a bit far from Haram but we used taxi easily. I recommend Uber as it's easier and cheaper. Very good sized room. Excellent breakfast as well.

This was my second time at this hotel, it was really nice and clean. There is a coach to the Haram at certain times of the day. Staff are polite and friendly. The shop in the lobby is great for last-minute gifts 🎁
