The hotel was good as expected, and as explained on the booking website, it is located in a good location facing the main road. Transportation is very easy. A free bus service to Haram is available on the opposite side of the hotel. A gift shop and a supermarket are available.

Hotel location is awesome, staff and counter was very cooperative and check-in was completed in 3 minutes. I did not used WiFi so can't say anything about that.

the hotel was excellent, clean & on the main street .it provide a shuttle bus to haram which 5 min far from the hotel. the staff is polite & helpful.

Easy to reach Haram By Shuttle bus, which means lot. Restaurants are available around. Always buy zum zum water from airport other is not allowed.

It is good value for the money. Hotel is approximately 1.5 mile away from the Masjid Al Haram. However, if you cross the road by pedestrian tunnel which is just with the hotel. After crossing the road, there are lots of shuttle buses available to go to Masjid al Haram to drop At Ali door. Which is very convenient and it takes around 3 minutes. Hotel staff are cooperative as well. Hasna’s assistance for smooth check-in was noticeable.

The location of the hotel is super, we had no any problem reaching to the haram. You can take a taxi by 5 real per person. The guides at the reception with pleasure assist you taking a taxi right in fron of the hotel. they all speak English

Location was amazing, you go down of the hotel , you will find hotel bus or other hotel buses to Haram , it seems like an agreement between all hotels in this area to help each other customers. Bus will take 04 to 05 Mins to move then 04 Mins to reach to bus station at Haram, also 04 Mins walking from bus station to haram.
