7 fast lifts. Never a wait to go up down in this 13 floor 200 plus bedrooms hotel. Daily 21 times of shuttle service to/from hotel and Haram Pak that means almost every hour and even more on Friday. Albaik is opposite the hotel and many other food options are all around. Super market is right close for all necessities. Makkah Bus stop opposite which is another free travel option for Haram. If needed, single person can get joint taxi trip to Haram in 5 riyal and back trip in 10 riyal. Big mosque un close proximity if needed to pray local.

Family room was brilliant. Excellent facilities. Very nice and comfortable size. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was also good. Quick taxis to Haram and hotel shuttle also available

Location was great to get to Haram (King Abdul Aziz Gate) in taxi. Shuttle also Very convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accomodating. Great spacious room and brilliant facilities. Would highly recommend and will definitely return to stay again.

It's in a location where all required items are available nearby. From Supermarkets, and snack/juice shops to restaurants, all are minutes away from the hotel. The hotel bus a big plus point.

I got good value for money. Fantastic staff especially- Ashraf, Naser, Samah. I was allowed early check in and a 30 minutes later checkout with no additional cost! My son took ill one evening and I got tremendous help and support from the staff. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but this hotel is homey and great! I travelled with family so the two connecting rooms fitted us nicely with the two bathrooms. Although the hotel is far from the Haram there is a dedciated bus with timings to get to and from the haram for free in a dedicated bus parking lot.

The hotel is nice with excellent staff. There is a bus every hour for Haram Tansfer. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it for anyone who like to stay in Al Azizia
