The hotel facility is good and nicely maintained. However, the location is not perfect if you are traveling for Umrah. The Masjid al-Haram is a little far and I have to struggle with finding a taxi on my way to Masjid or way back, especially during Ramadan days. It also costed around 50-70 SAR each side for taxi fare which adds extra to your budget.

Very neat and clean place. Smooth check in, free parking was available. Overall its a very comfortable stay

Has a great stay, the staff was very hospitable. The breakfast buffet was great, beds were comfortable, they cleaned the rooms everyday. The shuttle service runs on time and always had a seating space. There are local shops and pharmacy on walking distance.

Easy for taxi pick up and drop off. A well known hotel if you take taxi form Ajyad road out of Masjid Haram. Staff are very well verse in English ,
