The overall site facilities ( souvenir and grocery shops, mosque, etc) and free shuttle bus service to The Holy Mosque made the stay very comfortable.

Hamzah very kindly upgraded our booking and the girls at the reception desk were always polite and helpful . We will most definitely return as the service and the cleaning of the room was excellent

Excellent hotel . Great value for money especially during the last 10 days of Ramadhaan. Located at the end of Ibrahim Khalil Street but the availability of shuttles makes it very convenient. Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly.

A very well-kept hotel with great rooms and a high level of cleanliness, the hotel has great facilities including a shop and a barber. It also has a shuttle bus service that takes you close to Masjid Al Haram. The rooms are well designed and I appreciate the design with the way the toilets, sink and shower.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The decor was nice and appeared quite new. Breakfast was also good and value for money. The bus shuttle was reasonable. Mostly it didn't leave on time but otherwise, it was nice and comfortable.
