It is about 15 min walk to al haram and there are regular buses if need be.. Staff is welcoming and generous.. Clean and comfortable

Every other things is good except for their internet facilities is very poor in the room and their WiFi is very poor.

The room was a good size room, for Umrah as single person, its takes longer to Masjide haram than described. The bus drops off at a bus depot that is more than 500 metres to get to the Masjide haram door or roughly it takes 30-35 minutes to get there from the hotel

Hotel reception staff was very professional from bell boy till manager every one was very cooperative one of boy from cleaning asim minhaz he was always welcome for room cleaning whenever we called them they all were every time available…
