Reception lady was very helpful, hotel got own shuttle bus service, the manager Mr Ebrahim is a very helpful and polite man, the location is good.

It very bad experience regarding bus service i have stay for 6 hour it very bad buses service no transpotation full road block crowed it waste no guide regarding pickup and drop up Please give consideration regarding next book complementary from lamar management Take a necessary action Refund or give next booking complementary or concision

I feel very bad regarding transportation issued in lamar there are not guidelines regarding bus service pick up point and drop up point I have suffered lot bus service it very very bad I have paid 240 riyal but no service very bad o left hotel 12 pm left boz of bus service i have taken other hotel boz of bus service So note refund my amt it not provide service proper And guidance in reception area there not setting 3 ladies no information Booking .com I request to refund my money Other wise I have waste of money I came for worppship it time waste for me

Clean convenient affordable place, staff were helpful and gave us a joint suite. Changed the bedding and cleaned the rooms when requested.

Good hotel overall with all basic faciliteis that you can expect. Only draw back is lifts of the hotel were really slow other than that all was good for the price we paid. They have better shuttle service to the Haram comparing to other hotels like of Makaram. 5-7 minutes to the Haram via shuttle.
