The hotel is impressively spacious, offering cozy rooms that surpass those at Al-Haramain. The staff members stood out; Ms. Shaima was at the reception, Saim and Alamin were at breakfast, Saiful was in the tea garden, and Arif was in housekeeping, all making my stay exceptional. The amenities are abundant, providing a delightful experience. The views from the windows are breathtaking, with some overlooking the stunning Mina Valley and its majestic mountains, especially the Jamaraat. Breakfast was delightful, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel as a top-notch 5-star facility within the IHG Hotel brand!

Check-in was quick and easy. They stored my luggage and delivered it when I arrived by producing a ticket The staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast was nice albeit the same menu everyday one of two items swopping around. The services of the barber and the mini market was a blessings as well as the juice bar on mezzanine. The relaxation areas at the pool was very well planned . it is an oasis in the desert for sure.

Comfortable clean spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Polite and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good with egg station. Bus goes to Haram every hour but where it drops you have to walk about 1.5 km to get to gate as construction is going on in Haram. It is better to take taxi which cost 20-25 riyals and takes about 10 minutes depending traffic. Lots of taxis are available outside the hotel. They allowed me late checkout without extra cost. Al Baik is across the road. Plenty of food options and shops nearby.

The good location of AL Azizya, shuttle service, and taxi were available around 22 hours a day. Breakfast was moderate in taste not too good or too bad in taste. Customer service was average (7/10). Old building but well maintained and everything for shopping was available near buy and Albaik and Tazaig restaurants plus many more were on walking distance.
