The fine print
Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that any paid bed and breakfast reservation will be served with Sahour meal (instead of normal breakfast), and half board packages reservations will include Ramadan Iftar and Sohour, for those who entitled for 20% off for F&B it will only be available at the main dining room for normal buffet while all other outlets will be excluded including room service.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We booked for 3 adults and were checked into a room with 2 beds. After multiple follow ups, they finally rolled in another bed. Once the bed was set there was no space to move around or keep our bags. The bed sheet on one of the bed sheets also had blood stains on it. Buffet breakfast is good and location is great too but just be mindful that they prioritise big group bookings over individual bookings

The experience was amazing. The children loved it and we felt so comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the room service was on point. The food in the hotel was amazing.. it was as they advertised it. Definitely book it again.

Settings of room lights control was odd. There is no control of washroom lights separately. The shower was good, Butcombe the pressure was low.

The proximity to the haram, the breakfast, and hotel design. The staff were all excellent and polite and the rooms were clean. It was my second stay and it was fabulous.

The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk from Masjid Al-Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the holy site. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. As for breakfast, it was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Masjid.

Almost everything. The cleaning staff were fantastic, the food offered during Iftar and Suhr was fantastic as well. Realy nothing to complain about. The added advantage of being in this hotel is that during Ramadan, most of the gates nearest to the Ka'ba are closed, but this hotel is close to the furthest gate, and so you can always enter the Haram complex easily; making it better than more expensive alternatives.
