I like everything, free Bus service is great to reach holy Kaba, one thing I will say dont return by bus, if you can then use taxi to return to hotel coz the return bus was never on time and you will get frustrated. Either walk or use taxi. Apart from that the hotel is amazing value for money. I also liked the hotel mosque on the groud floor where you can pray in Jamat every time if in case you not feel well to go Herem. The hotel is very clean and they do room service everyday, The room service guy name Adul Mannan was good. In the reception Abdr Rahman and his boss was excellent and helpful. I stayed there for a week and everyday was very pleasing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in budget and dont mind the little distance from herem considering they provide you the free bus service. Over all 10 on 10 for me.

I spent here 8 days it's was good the staff was very friendly the reception open 24h in front of the hotel there's a small Masjid just 2 minutes walk there's a bus stop is free to Al Haram and then about 10 min walk to Al Haram. Recomend.

For Mecca , you need a different mindset 1. Near Haram to AVOID walking , you will be doing umrah and need lots of your strength , and THEY CLOSE THE ENTRANCES ALWAYS , so you will walk again a lot to reach praying place , forget ground level ,as it is only for umrah , normal clothed people are upstairs MANDATORY. 2. All this means , lots of walk , add BEING LOST . Not understanding the routes , and the hill climbs on maps. 3. BEST SOLUTION IS NEVER GO FIRST TIME EXCEPT IN THE HOTEL'S BUS. 4. Try to ask the driver for his phone no. They move half hourly on a 24 hr basis , but it takes more than that real time , and waiting in the hot weather is not helping your patience, 5. Mark the drop off on GPS. 6. Look around you to understand how to move and get back. 7. Plan UMRAH away from prayers to have best experience and least congestion. Between Isha and Fajr , Between shorooq and Dhuhr. 8. When you finish Umrah you will find yourself on the other side of HARAM , PLEASE GO BACK TO SAVE LOTS OF TIME AND EXHAUSTION , And a taxi to the hotel eventually. 9. There is a barber just beside the hotel 10 meters on same side before the hotel in car mode. He is decent . 10. There is two food restaurants 120 meters before the barber, one for beans , and beside him another for lamb , chicken , etc... , more than nice and price is waaay better than those close to or right outside HARAM , 11. Plan your day in advance, food wise , prayer wise , hotel bus wise , and understand Mecca is not flat or simple minded like Medina , May this bring you a bit closer to happier experience and closer thereby to ALLAH عزوجل

The location was fantastic. You can walk to the harem and back in a pretty straight line, or just catch the free bus at the front! The front desk staff were super helpful, and my friends and I were there for Umrah in the last week of Ramadan. There are many places around to eat. The rooms were clean and spacious.there is a supermarket at the front. Easy to catch taxis as well; its a main hub hotel.

Hotel is very well located, far more convenient that other hotels in the locality. The lifts were very quick and make the world of a difference. All round, this hotel was great.
