I absolutely liked everything about this hotel. I stayed for 30+ days for Ramadan. I highly recommend Emaar Elite Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was prime location, It was one straight road to Haram, you can’t get lost. The staff was fantastic, from the moment you walked in to the moment you left. They seen me there for 30+ day and were very welcoming and friendly. The house keeping staff was amazing, I stayed on the 13th floor and they checked on us everyday to see whether we needed clean towels or bathroom cleaned. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The overall experience I had with this hotel was beyond value for money. As this hotel is top notch but doesn’t charge it. I would recommend.

excellent hotel, recently modernised, excellent staff, especially Abdurehaman on reception who spoke English, which was helpful, with the domestic staff on floor 16, Ayub and his friend , Mohamed siraz in lobby areacwas very helpful and cheerful, restaurant staff were very good too, breakfast (suhoor) was good and made fast easier. very clean hotel, cleaned daily, fresh towels, toilet rolls. Located fairly close to the Haram, walking down haram is downhill, about 15mins, there is a shuttle service, but never used it. On return from Haram , uphill, so abit difficult but you get free bus from opposite Makarem, Ajyad that drops you on the opposite side to the hotel.

Very nice hotel with good staff but beware the walk to the haram is quite difficult as you have to walk down a hill which is about 20 mins but on the way up you will feel it unless you get a taxi which there are loads at the bottom of the hill waiting for people and would cost like £5-6
