Overall ambiance, service and cleanliness is amazing. Buss service is good and drop off location is behind the clock tower. It takes 15+ min to reach Haram and then 5 min walk to be in Haram. Staff was very much supportive.

Assalamu Alaikum, The housekeeping staff member, possibly named Muhammad Hammad or Saddam, provided exceptional service with a positive attitude and professionalism. His attention to detail and great personality made my stay on the 7th floor very comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A special mention to the receptionists, Nada and Seema, who were exceptionally helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it is 2-3 kilometers away from Masjid Al Haram and there are not many restaurants or shops in the hotel area, but that is not a problem, we can buy things from the Masjid Al Haram area and eat at the hotel. All the staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning staff named Jamal. All the staff do a great job. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.

The cleanliness is noticeable as soon as you walk inside this hotel, the rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. I want to give a special mention to Mohammed Adnan, the gentleman at the front desk. I can only say great things about his service and professionalism. This feels like a 4 star hotel.

Clean has a very luxury feel surprised it only 3 star Breakfast is adequate and the overall cleanliness and facilities are great Bus system which takes you to haram for free Somaya at the desk was very helpful great service
