Everything was fine. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not far from the Kaaba, it is a bit uphill but it has a shuttle service. It is nice that the coffee and tea machine is available 24 hours a day, free of charge.

It was a decent hotel and it was quite close to the holy mosque. Staff were good and attentive, the buggies helped going up and down the hill. Tea and coffee provided at reception and a nice place to sit outside.

It is very close to Haram. Walking distance. It is on a cliff for which there is a golf cart that accommodates movement up and down the slope.

The location was fantastic, the food was delicious (especially fruit juice, probably the best juices I’ve ever had in my life- no exaggeration!) and the staff were so lovely. Thank you.
