The hotel building is brand new and stylish, which sets it apart from most of the top hotels in Makkah. Many of those tend to feel outdated, with old bathrooms, unclean carpets, and unpleasant smells. Since this hotel is new, everything looks fresh, bright, and modern, creating a much more comfortable and appealing environment.

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was so nice and big enough, with only one chair though. Breakfast was perfect! we never missed the breakfast. The hotel was very clean, but there was a problem with our bathroom. The shuttle bus to Haram was a very big one, but the drivers almost never moved according to the timetable.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. my experience was very good except for accidents that occurred to my baby due to the configuration of the small bed ( I will explain it later) By the way, the room is clean and comfortable, with simple and elegant decor. The staff is extremely helpful and ensures the guests’ comfort. The location is good, they have a bus to the Haram. The hotel offers good value for the price on my stay time.

I would visit this property again for sure, I expect them to keep this up to the mark as always. Staff 💯 Shuttle service 10/10 Waiting area 10/10 Food i would give 8/10. The biryani needs a little attention but not an issue overall
