The hotel is very good. The food is good. It's at very close proximity to the Masjid Al Haram. My parents loved it, cannot wait to come back again IN SHA ALLAH.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, being very close to Haram with easy access to taxis, making transportation seamless. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Yesser, Ziaz, and the manager, Abdelsamad, were exceptionally accommodating and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly stood out, and I really appreciated the free upgrade whenever possible. The restaurant experience was nothing short of royal—the food was delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall luxury of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a prime location near Haram. Will definitely be returning!

Very Close to Harram, Very comfortable room, very nice and helpful staff, This was my 4th time in The same hotel, I have been there in Ramadan but also all year round, this time we were received by Ms Tahani who was very nice, considerate and very helpful, we were lucky to check out with her as well. Facilities are very comfortable, There is masjid that is literally an extension of Haram and when were feeling tired; we used to pray there. Food was ample and wide variety was served. I advice visitors to use the open buffet but be careful with your weight control.

The hotel is conveniently located near Masjid Al-Haram. Upon entering the mosque, you'll immediately see the gate through which you can catch a beautiful view of Al-Kaaba. I am also amazed at the prompt service.

the location was perfect, situated right near the haram from the extention sid, making it easy to access the Haram and dining options.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests we had. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the vibes of the hotel is really nice.

Everything super convenient snd great access to Holy Mosque and many little food kiosks which is great as it saves one time to go out n look for snacks or fast foods especially if you have kids

The location is perfect and right opposite Masjid Al Haram. Very easy to get to and from the Masjid. House keeping is good as well especially Radwan who did a superb job with house keeping.
