Room which I stayed was good, however the bathroom was too small. Security needs to be tightened, as during my stay, someone tried to open the door around 1.30 am, when i looked through key hole, there was a guy attempting to open the room. When I asked "who is this" he ran away. Next morning I raised this with the staff in thereception, they told me that they will check the camera. However, no further update.

The hotel room is very comfortable , neat because the cleaners are always available when you want ypur room to be clean as also to changed ypur towwls, yes i enjoyed this hotel and will comeback again inshaAllah.

Room was nice, clean. I would say excellent. Distance to Masjid-Al-Haraam is very short taxi ride 10-20 SAR. Walking distance (time wise) is about 20 minutes.

Receptionist was vgood cooperative and room service sraff was also outstanding. This is my 2nd stay in the same hotel and in the future will go for the same hotel.
