Good value for money. Convenient location and helpful staff. It's not a luxurious place but if you need a good comfortable hotel to rest before/after Umrah, this hotel does the job without charging you loads of money.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to essential facilities such as a petrol station, food outlets, and ATMs nearby. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The place is very neat and clean, making it perfect for relaxation. This is my second time choosing this room, and I would highly recommend it to others.

My second time staying at this hotel. Absolutely wonderful. This time I was on the 11th floor facing the main road. The view was breathtaking any time of the day and night... city, mountains, busy street. Highly recommend this hotel, especially the rooms facing the main road.

Love every part! Room, lift, staff, cleaning, food👍👍 Eventhough need to change bus at Bab Al Malek, everything was superfast! Dont worry about the shuttle bus because its 24hours! Great stay for 12nights 🥰

My stay was from 15 to 17 August, 2024 and found that: 1. Shopping centres around 2. Grocery stores can easily find 3. Food chains i.e. Romansiah, Albaik, Hashi etc. are around. (Can search for some Desi foods but I could not go for that due to the short time.) 4. Big Masjid & barber shop inside the hotel 5. Shuttle/Bus service towards Haram which takes half an hour. (It takes the pilgrims till Kudai parking, afterwards from Kudai to Clock Tower basement, Haram with another bus). (It was said that earlier hotel buses were going directly from hotel to Haram & from Haram till hotel but due to some changes, from the last 2 days, hotel buses can drop in Kudai parking and other buses take you till Haram & vice versa). 6. Shuttle service is available for 24 hours. You may have to wait for 15 minutes or, sometimes, a bit more 7. Private cars/limousines/taxicab are every time available outside the hotel quick ride for 10 - 15 riyals till Haram Hotel's parking area was good 8. (Playing area for kids & gym was mentioned inside the hotel but I could not explore them due to the short time).

Area around the hotel is good enough. (Entrance of the hotel is from the side road) Economical shopping malls i.e., Family International Mall, Top 10 and others are nearby. Grocery stores can explore around Romansiah restaurant is on the other side of the road. (Have to use zebra crossing which is on 2 minutes' walk) Albaik is on 2.5 KM from here, approximately Shuttle/Bus service towards Haram (It takes the pilgrims till Kudai parking, afterwards from Kudai to Clock Tower basement, Haram with another bus). Barber shop is inside the hotel in tower 2 which take 15 riyals for cutting. (You may ask for 10 riyals, if they agree.) Biq Masjid inside the hotel.

Facilities and staff excellent only problem was when shuttle dropped at jamarat but other shuttle drop at clock tower which was excellent near to Haram

Big thanks to the General manger of the hotel he was always with his guest and he is an asset to us and Big thanks to Front office manager I we'll come again and I recommend this hotel to my family and friends
