Amazing staff and hotel. Location a bit far but the shuttle buses are amazing. I loved it and missed the hotel. I recommend to everyone

The room was spacious, super clean and well equipped. I was there during Ramadan and the hotel provides free and frequent shuttles to Haram.

Everything was good and clean. Jahangir Hossain was very nice he cleaned the room and change the The sheet because I don't like the older one. Think you for anything. I dont used the bus because didn't see the bus when I wanted go to Haram .

I stayed in the main tower. Nice and clean. Shuttle service to the haraam. Food places are somewhat remote however I stayed during the Ramadan so didn’t really have to look for food as I stayed majority of the time in the haraam. Good place if travelling solo as I would make one trip to the haraam and come back to just sleep. Will not recommend for family as it is 30-40 mins away from the haraam and the station is a bit far . However the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are similar to Makkah tower and co. Well done.

Everything is excellent except for the staff's behaviour and professionalism, especially the female staff. Additionally, buses are not available after Namaz-e-Asr until Isha. Otherwise, the location is great. I request the management to focus on improving staff training, particularly in professional conduct and guest handling at the reception. Great location and close to good restaurants and amenities. The beds were not as comfy and the cleanliness could be improved.

Quality accommodation in a local neighbourhood. Nearby good restaurants and shopping centres. For Umrah, Haram is around 10 minutes ride by taxi. Free bus service to Haram.
