Everything about our stay was wonderful! The apartment exceeded our expectations – it was clean, spacious, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Before arriving at the accommodations, I sent a message about how I should check in. They responded that they don’t have the apartment I booked because it was booked at the same time by someone else, but they have another apartment available for me. This was very nice for them to offer to me, but they could have announced it to me at least one prior day before, not when I wanted to do the check-in. In the other apartment, they asked me for 60€, though my booking was made for 40€, arguing that there is another price in that place. I've told them I'm not going to pay 20 euros more for their mistake, so they accepted my offer with an angry face. I've waited a total of 1 hour for the room to be ready, though the check-in time was 3 hours before that time. The room was very nice, comfortable, and new; there were no complaints about that. But I was disappointed about the hospitality, especially because I was treated like that as a solo female traveler. It's hard when you travel by yourself as a woman, and even harder when things like that happen to you. I'm sure if they had booked the apartment just for me, there would probably be no issues, but this was my experience, and I feel entitled to share it with you.🙏🏼

Tastily decorated (even though one can see the structure is not of a very good quality), very clean and comfortable. Good for a night or two, for longer stay I' d choose different destination within the nat.park as Mavrovo itself is not very attractive. Good restaurant very close, nice host (even though not much English spoken).
