Very friendly and kind owner - Gerlinde, who explained everything (in english) about the local activities and provided local “Joker Cards” which allowed us to use free cable-car round trips. House was clean, breakfast was tasty, late check-in was possible (we arrived by midnight). A fresh water awaited us in the room, which was really nice. Very good sound insulation.
