I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional , room perfect, garden wonderful, restaurant food delicious. I also used a spa within the hotel, a great thing to do after a long flight. I will definitely return.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly reception, well informed lady at reception, helpful with activities, even when extremely occupied with a group. Room (I was staying in a unit in the garden) was not big, but comfy and clean. good bed, bathroom operational and clean, chairs on the little balcony with garden (and bird) view. Restaurant has clearly improved from years ago : fast service, good food. Breakfast is all you need, eggs etc to be ordered, fresh fruits and good coffee. Love the swimming pool.

The staff has been so lovely. One traveller had her birthday and was surprised with a wonderful chocolate cake and a big happy birthday song from all!

The room was big and so was the bathroom. I loved the shower. The place had a beautiful pool area and beautiful gardens. The food was top tier 👌🏽 had the best lamb kofta I've ever had in Botswana. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff at reception was outstanding, showed us around, arranged flights, and did everything with a smile. They really served to please. The deck where they served lunch and dinner was also a real oasis. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the open grounds and birdlife. Location good.

Really loved Hotel, room was great and staff helpful. Patrick at Reception made my day, and Oks (Trainee waitress, I shortened her name) looked after me well. Shuttle driver was very patient when we got lost looking for a tour location. Will recommend highly.

Very nice hotel complex in a huge garden. The rooms are very large with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers something for every taste. Beautiful pool area with an adjacent restaurant invites you to linger.

Just stayed there for one night on our way to Moremi. Rooms, pool and the garden area are just really nice. Within a 10 minute walk there is the Okavango Craft Brewery with a great restaurant and beer garden.
