Great location. Cheap laundry. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Asked for firmer pillows and was given some great ones.

Room was bigger than most other ones we've stayed at which was a really nice change. We got a taxi to the hotel as it was raining and noticed there were quite a few taxis parked nearby so very convenient for that.

Service was great, many parking spots near the hotel, room was extremely spacious and clean. The location was close to lots of restaurants and subways.

The hotel room was more spacious than we expected. As was the bathroom. Everything was clean. Even though we asked for "no room cleaning", there was a big bag of towels, linen etc hanging on our door when we returned to the room! Location-wise, there were restaurants nearby and lots of bars. Not forgetting a handy "bottle shop" practically across the road from the hotel. The tram stop to Dogo Onsen was only a short walk away.

The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well designed, the staff were extra helpful going out of their way to help me with my requests.
