The room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is located very close to Matsuyama Castle and provides easy access to trams, buses and taxis. It is also in an area full of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Dogo Onsen is a short tram ride away.

good breakfast, free drinks, very good, large bathroom and a decent washer/dryer that actually cleans your clothes (unlike in some other hotels).

Good clean room, laundry facilities, great location - there is a tram stop and an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it is opposite the main shopping street

Very helpful and comfortable stay. Helped us a lot as our trains were cancelled due to the weather so allowed us to stay 2 extra nights.

The air-conditioning is quiet and efficient. The bath room is good and quite Japanese style.The toilet is separate with modern electrical function. Very close to the high street called Okaido, perfect for eating drinking out and shopping. Can see a half of the Bansuiso building from my room 308.. Very good security to enter the hotel during the night.. Stayed for 5 nights. SK

Good location, near the tram station that goes around Matsuyama. 5 min walking to the cable car to Matsuyama Castle. Mall and comercial street with shops, cafes and restaurants just in front of the hotel. The room is meant to be Japanese home-like experience, separating bath/toilet and the sink (which is in the main room). Breakfast was buffet, mixing Western and Asian cousine. There is coin laundry and vending machine, microwave and ice machine available on 2nd floor. Staff was really nice.

Excellent room, staff, and the breakfast was superb all days. Close to the castle and very good museums and restaurants.
