Lovely hotel, big rooms. Room was spacious (4 people) with great amenities. Great view to Matsuyama castle from the room. Nice staff. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This hotel was fine. The view of the castle is a bit of a stretch...its more of a view of the moat and infrastructure around the castle. But it was fine and clean. Its a bit of walk to get to the centre of town, but totally doable. Good amenities, very comfortable. The 11am check-out was a nice change from the typical 10am checkout. Good coffee machine.

Good location - can walk to the castle and there are bus stops nearby to get to Dogo Onsen and other areas of interest. They do have parking but not for the faint hearted - very tight space. There are a couple of public car parks at the back of the hotel which are pretty much the same price as the hotel’s parking and much easier to use. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.
