Best Dormy Inn experience. Spacious, clean, free noodles, ice pops, massage chair, onsen. Property is super convenient in the middle of the shopping street

I do like Dormy Inns and the one at Matsuyama met my expectations. Good onsen. Staff were helpful. Everything you need - vending machines, laundry facilities, personal grooming items, quiet rooms, quick lifts.

It was perfect stay and the hotel room was very good size! The parking was there just outside the hotel and everything was perfect.

Good chain hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Good sized comfortable/clean room for short stay. Nice Onsen. Complimentary rahmen, tea/coffee in evenings. Excellent breakfast with open kitchen and chef prepared food. Good location next to tram stop/shopping mall/restaurants.

Location is excellent and very convenient, the onsen was better than expected and accessible all night for guests. The room was clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is ideal to explore the city + the airport bus is only few minutes away too! The room was spacious and spotless, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious as well, with lots of variety. The hot spring was my highlight, exceptionally beautiful and relaxing, with either free ice cream or a yogurt drink afterwards. The hotel offered lots of other perks as well, like free late night ramen. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough and I’d gladly stay there again!

Helpful friendly staff. A great variety of facilities on various floors including microwave ovens, washing machines and amazing massage chairs adjacent to the Onsen. Very comfortable room.

The location was great and it was very clean. The 13th floor onsen was beautiful and well appointed. The lounge was amazing with a free icecream fridge, vending machines with alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, free ramen after 9.30pm, library and massive massage chairs.
