- central location in Okaido, a tram ride away from Dogo onsen which was the reason for our visit to Matsuyama - love that they provide you with bath oil as part of their 'amenities' it is by far the BEST bath oil, you really feel relaxed after soaking in the bath tub - bed is very comfortable, the room was quite spacious - the room cleaners do such a great job - there is an airport bus stop across the road next to the Mitsukoshi Department Store - the buffet breakfast at Salvatore Coumo restaurant is great

Our room was quiet and comfortable and we made much use of the massage chair. The hotel is conveniently located and is a 10-minute ride on tram #5 from the JR station and a similar ride to the Dogo Onsen.

Nearby the shopping street and the tram station. Easy to communicate with the staff at the reception as they used a translator device. When I totally forgotten about the need to arrange for cab to the airport, the staff reminded me and helped to make the cab arrangement even advising me on the best time to go the airport(as Matsuyama airport only open at 6 am). Love the massage chair and cool feature where we could monitor our laundry status from the tv in the room.

It was very convenient to move from the airport. There are many restaurants around. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly.
