We had a spacious bedroom, with desks and a view to city street and to the mountains. From our room we could also see a Temari ball in the street, which was actually quite nice to look at having some tea while sitting at the room. Location is really great and staff was very kind.

Staff response to requests were quick and efficient. Loved that they provide hand warmers at the front desk. Room was the largest we've had in Japan with plenty of hangers.

Included buffet breakfast was great lots of choices and staff always fast and pleasant. Location was great, walkable from train station and also to Matsumoto castle.

The location was great for us. The staff were very friendly and even gave us some hand warmers for our pockets as the day was a bit chilly when we arrived. The bathroom was a good size and the heating worked well.
