Close to the station! Traditional Japanese Futon was very comfy and charming room/place, clean Hot water bottles and heater available Nice communicative staff

An outstanding hostel with incredibly helpful staff and owner. It is very central, quiet and well equipped. I felt very welcome during my stay and had a great time in Matsumoto and around, also thanks to great recommendations of the staff.

Such a welcoming and wonderful host, they will help you in anyway they can, and even took the time to sit down and help you plan your day. The hot water bottles placed on your bed, was a small but very kind touch.

I love staying in old Japanese houses and sleeping in futon, which was my choice when booking the room. It’s super close to the station and to a lot of restaurants.
