Location more than anything. For a capsule hotel, it is pretty big with a decent onsen.

Excellent location and price. The different kids of "rooms" are very accommodating and the hotel is actually on top of a book store, a 100 yen shop and a anime collectors shop, so its really interesting as well!
Greco “ok hotel, nice stuff, but I feel the price is high for what's offered”
The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bath is a nice addition, it's so good before or after your hike in the Nagano mountains. The location is very good and close to the station, very useful if you arrive to the city loaded with stuff.
