This place is situated very near the JR station, and I think they considered the feedback of previous travellers because there are ample signage to lead the way. The staff are exceptionally friendly and courteous, and there are a lot of amenities in the women’s only side (face serums, combs, razors etc). There is also a wide variety of free beverage packets in the main lounging area, and full collections of popular manga series (although in Japanese). Honestly I didn’t have anything I disliked about this hotel!

The room, location, The Staff The showers the quietness and the ease to check in and out had rooms and cubicles lm not sure would like a cubicle to sleep in. Price was good

Everything! Ideal location, Cheap for what you get-> Onsen, Free Tea, Free New Years Soba(!), friendly staff, small amenities like towels, or manga to read etc. Free baggage storage before arrival and after checkout Spacious capsule beds with electricity ...

Close to everything (city center, train and bus station, food and stores). It's a little hidden, but there are lots of signs to find your way. Nice common area to eat (microwave and hot water available), there's coffee and tea. Clean and quiet, staff is friendly and you can have lots of amenities - there's all you need. We could leave our luggage after check out which was really nice!

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff were nice and welcoming and the check-in easy. There is a nice area to sit and work or eat. The capsule was big and comfy and the dorms mostly quiet. There is a public bath that was nice.
