I loved the excellent service provided by the front desk. The staff did her best to explain to me all the things I needed to know, in English. I really appreciated it. I also really liked the fact that the hotel is just right in front of the station.

A great business hotel located right next to the train station. The rooms were comfortable and clean, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, right next to the trains and buses. Good room with a good breakfast. It was raining heavily when we arrived and the staff very kindly let us check in early.

The location is excellent and very convenient if you're traveling by train. It's close to a 7-Eleven. The room is spacious compared to other places, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. The price is also affordable.The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. My friend arrived at the hotel a day earlier than the reservation, and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance. I really appreciate it.

The location was amazing, right next to the train station and around 10-15 min to all major attractions. The staff was also amazing, very helpful and kind!

The hotel provide basic facilities. Just opposite Matsumoto JR station which is within 5mins walk only.

I really liked the location of the hotel, as it close to the station (literally along the road), and the shopw are close by. The room is good and although the bed is a little hard it is still possible to get to sleep on. The staff here are helpful and despite the language barrier do undertsand to a point (google translate comes in handy)
