The room size is reasonable for us with all the things we need. Morning breakfast is nice with lots of choices. Location is not bad, restaurants around are within walk distance.

Good location and best hotel in the area. While hotel does not have inhouse hot spring, they partnered with another hotel and provided transport and free access to the onset.

Central location with lovely outlook to the mountains. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. The executive lounge that we had access to was a bonus & very nice. The laundry facilities were good, and the breakfast, while very busy, was adequate. The shuttle bus service was excellent. The hotel is close to everything, including the castle 🏰 & would stay here again. Matsumoto is well worth a visit. We enjoyed the travel, arriving by bus from Takayama & then travelled to Tokyo via train from Matsumoto.

They upgraded us to the top floor which included free drinks. The breakfast is good value and the staff are so kind. The price is good. I found large beds hard to find in some hotels here.
