Bed is so soft and comfortable, hotel is so closed the main station. Breakfast is so varieties.

Location of the hotel is right across Matsumoto train station and next to bus terminal. Provided a lot of amenities at lobby area, decent breakfast spread and have a strong wifi connection

Close to Station & food options. Good walk to Castle..Good access via station to Kiso Valley etc. Staff were lovely & very helpful, good English also. Room dated but clean, older style bathroom & fittings.

Its very near the matsumoto station, the bus terminal is literally beside the hotel, and you have alpico plaza beside it and a family mart for your late night snacking. It also have ice maker machine!

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great location near the bus and train terminals. Good breakfast options, but a bit expensive.

Our second stay here. Very pleased with everything. Staff are super helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Really close to the station. Good price. They will keep your bags before you check in. Although we’d prefer an onsen in the hotel, there’s a bus to take you to a lovely onsen hotel about 20mins away. It’s quite a long trip but a beautiful place with an outdoor onsen. A couple of other nice touches such as a welcome drink when you arrive and some nice sachets of moisturiser etc. we were unable to stay some nights as it was booked out otherwise it’d be our preferred accommodation in Matsumoto.

Comfortable room, bed was wide enough. Lovely staff. Great location across from the station and the bus station. We could access an onsen in a hotel also owned by Alpico and went one night. Very nice.

The hotel is in a quiet location not in the centre of town. There are convenience stores and supermarkets a short walk away. Sightseeing Red line stop is a short walk away. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. The room was quiet. There was a water filter and microwave downstairs and a washing machine/ laundry on the lower floor. The breakfast was limited in options and not quite to our taste. We would have given this hotel a higher score for comfort had it not been for the the hard uncomfortable pillows. It is a good hotel for a stay in this area. The hotel shuttle to the bus station was very welcome on our exit.
