Great location, lovely room. Staff were friendly and the check in process was simple and quick. Room and hotel were very clean and our room in particular (rm 14 suite) was very nice. Huge bath, big space, Tv with lots of options. Plenty of parking.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, easy to find and very reasonably priced. Perfect location within walking distance from matlock and matlock bath. We didn't use the bar, but it looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money, clean and comfortable we was in Rm 8 in the attic, small but cozy had everything you needed for a night stay, good parking facilities,heights of Abraham cable cars very close by 10 min walk along the riverside and 5 mins from there along the riverside is matlock bath where there is a seaside like town with fish & chips and arcades, pubs with outside seating area, gulivers kingdom is close by, seems dog friendly even though we didn't have a dog.

Super easy to find. Friendly staff, super quick check in. We had the superior king suite Mountain View. The room was very spacious , lovely and clean. The only downfall was we went out into the town after checking in and when we came back we could not get parked.

Size, location and cleanliness of room and shower room. Excellent shower roomy and good water pressure. Location of hotel excellent to walk from to local facilities walls etc.
