I had a few requests that Doug organised for me prior to our arrival. His communication was excellent, restaurant recommendations were spot on for food and experience. We loved walking into a nice warm and toasty place with fantastic views, it was so comfortable it was with reluctance that we would head out to explore the island for the day!
