We liked everything about the property given our modest budget for 2 nights after months on an island and before long haul flight to Australia. We would actually rate Miami 8.5 for those on a budget like us.The motel is original 70s vibe and very clean. Our lovely room had balcony on two sides so we could see the hills, nearby properties and side sea view which was great from the outdoor chairs and table. Our room was very clean, bathroom small but had proper shower not only hand held like many Greek lodgings. The bedding had a fresh clean fragrance and the white bedspreads are obviously also washed between guests which we find very appealing. We have left other motels due to the obviously rarely cleaned bedspreads! The outdoor cinema was absolutely FABULOUS with quality films and not just Hollywood fare. LOVED IT! The first evening we went to a taverna around the corner which was yummy Greek starters and mains. The first morning we walked a short distance up the street to a great bakery/cafe for coffee and koulouri. The next evening we walked along the waterfront about 10 minutes to a seafood taverna on the sand. Next morning before our flight we had a quick, simple brekky in the motel. We had an almost 5 hour walk on our full day and were comfortable resting later in our room and on the balcony.

very good and quiet place , close to the sea, very, very nice stuff , feet the price , I was there for 1 night waiting time for connection. who wants to travel to Athens a little bit far. nearby taverna and convenience store.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way for their guests. The hotel was located walking distance to the beach and there was an outdoor cinema behind the building.

The people are very kind and very professionnal service. The hotel is kept clean, located near seafront and locals restaurants. Elevator functionnal. Would recommend.

Cute little hotel convenient to Rafina port and also the airport. Lovely owners who kindly helped with our taxi. Spacious room with a lift. Great breakfast.

The hotel is an extremely good value for money and honest option esp. for someone who needs a stop over night to take the boat from Rafina the day after. But the best part of it is the staff and in particular the owner, an authentically very caring old man whose first interest is how to make you feel welcome and comfortable than to take your money. First thing I asked when I arrived at the reception the morning after was if the room was already paid but for him first thing I had to do was to take something for breakfast. Also, as we had a small baby, he proposed on his own initiative to heat milk for the baby, which was wonderful, esp. since we didn’t have milk for one night with us. Then we ordered 2 espressos, a cost of 4 euros that comes in addition to the included breakfast. As we were looking for the 4 euros, he said no problem if you don’t have. We had it and paid it but the point is that he was even ready to offer them, an attitude that you don’t see nowadays. And he had a similar attitude with 2 other guests. arrival from the airport and taking the boat the morning after.

The hotel is cute. very close to the beach. The rooms are small but have everything from mini bar to balcony. A sweet family hotel. Can stay one /two days i you go to the islands from Rafina port. Or if you want to relax, it's a small summer resort. Going from the airport is very bad. 40-55 euros by taxi. They ask prices according to their wishes. It makes sense by car. The sea is very wavy and the beach is tiny...

I wanted a quite area for my last night in Greece. close from the airport. This was a nice choice. Mati is a quite area but has some tavernas nearby and its a short 30 minute drive from the airport. The room has a nice area, a great balcony and the breakfast is good. I would stay here again.
