My experience at Hotel Shrinath Palace was outstanding. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel's proximity to Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi made it an ideal choice for visiting the temple. Overall, the interior, services, and food quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mathura.

Known throughout the region for his kindness and unparalleled dedication, Manish had earned a reputation as both a good human and a superb hotelier. Shrinath Palace, Manish’s presence transformed the hotel. His genuine concern for guests and staff alike was evident in everything he did. Whether it was organizing special requests, resolving issues promptly, or simply lending a listening ear, Manish's commitment to excellence was unwavering. One particularly challenging summer, Matura was inundated with visitors due to a major cultural festival. The influx put a significant strain on Shrinath Palace. Rooms were overbooked, and the usual calm of the hotel was replaced with a flurry of activity. Manish stepped up to the challenge with his characteristic grace. He not only managed the logistical chaos but also personally ensured that each guest received the warmth and attention they had come to expect. Manish’s resourcefulness and problem-solving skills were on full display.
