Incredible location in the heart of Matera with a gorgeous view over the sassi from the lovely little rooftop terrace. Very spacious and well equipped (there’s even a tea pot!). Helpful recommendations from the owner Tea.

The location is excellent, couldn't ask for better. And the balcony with the view on the Sassi Is really nice, perfect for a drink in the evening or for having breakfast. The house is also quite spacious, and bedrooms are big

Great location with spacious bedrooms and wonderful views of the Sassi from the balcony. Host was clear and easy with communication and gave us good recommendations. Loved Matera and would recommend this place

This must be the best spot in Matera sassia. The balcony provides a panoramic view, and the location is right on the piazza veneto. The room was big and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked including breakfast and some extras.

First of all, the view! We were blown away by seeing Matera at night right from our balcony over a bottle of wine that we purchased from a bar on the street downstairs. If you go to Matera, definitely try to see it at night - from this balcony! The bed was extremely comfortable - easily the most comfortable one out of the eight places we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The place felt like someone's home. Us and our kids were very sad to leave here!
