This is a wonderful experience and highly recommended. From the moment we arrived to the time we left it was magical, breakfast was one of the best we had and the intimacy of the candlelight cave is mesmerising.

The breakfast was so incredibly delicious, fresh, beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, extensive and varied, healthy, and had original local freshly baked breakfast sweets. The location is a once and a lifetime experience. We also had a private trou of the city with an archeologist whose grandmother had lived in the caves until her 20s and just died at 94. The staff is very thoughtful and organized; they greatly respect the meaning of the history there. We love this place and will never forget it. We learned about history in a visceral way, sleeping a cave that goes back 8,000 years (now with a comfortable bed and running water and beautiful local fruit to great you. HIghly r3ecommend.

Beautiful, unique hotel that compliments the surroundings with comfort and friendly team. Franchesca was very hospitable and Mary in the breakfast area also lovely. I really appreciated the carrying of my bags to the taxi.

An experience unlike any other hotel! The service and attention to detail is beyond what I imagined. Loved that the staff explained the history of the hotel and city to help you better appreciate the project. The room was comfortable and unique. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

the place is magical - so charming, to sleep and shower in the caves, and the breakfast was so good, with amazing local products, perfectly located, staff very helpful - we loved it and we would definitely recommend it

This hotel was such an amazing experience in a UNESCO site. A room was an actual cave beautifully lit and keeping with the environment with thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were exceptional.
