Nice room concept with private indoor large jacuzzi, high cellar, both modern & historical. Warm Welcoming from Gilles & other Reception colleague for departure. We were informed before arrival about parking option: very much appreciated. Great terrace location for tasty Dinner & attentioned Service.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and respect from all staff, an amazing team at quarry resort. it was my wife's birthday, and they made us small cake that my wife's day.

The location was fantastic, 5/10 minute walk from popular places, and the terrace restaurant had a great view. Rooms were big and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast - buffet with your choice of eggs cooked your own way or pancakes. Staff were very accommodating, and the service was top level. Would definitely recommend a stay here for your time in Matera.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL ON THE VERY TOP OF THE CITY- SO MANY MANY STAIRS TO GET THERE. THE STAFF IS SUPER HELPFUL GETTING YOUR BAGS UP AND DOWN TO THE MEETING POINT. THEY REACHED OUT ON WHATS APP BEFORE WE ARRIVED TO ENSURE WE KNEW HOW TO PARK OUTSIDE THE HISTORIC CENTER AND TAKE THE SHUTTLE- THEY WERE GREAT IN ARRANGING THE PARKING AND SHUTTLE SERVICE.

The property was well located in the city and so luxurious! Loved the breakfast options which included cold and hot breakfasts to order - everything was top quality that you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Bathrooms and amenities were great quality. GHD hairdryer says it all :)
