The rooms is clean and warm freeing. Reception lady is very kind and helpful. We love the bigger room can see the Lame stone ceiling.

Matera is a city that enchants with its uniqueness and antiquity. We saw postcard-like views during the day, in the morning and in the evening, as soon as we opened our doors. The apartment is ancient, like in a cave, there are no windows, but wide doors and a loggia, it is spacious inside, there is enough space for 4 people, clean, everything is necessary for a peaceful rest.

This villa is in the Sassi and has a fantastic view. It is very comfortable and includes a small kitchen (although the restaurants are so good, why would you cook). Our host was also quick to respond and very friendly and provided great recommendations for dinner and a tour.

A high class accomadation for an affordable price located in the heart of old Matera. The rooms are comfletely renovated and are in a very modern condition though they have the typical structure of a sassi. To be recommanded.

In this property there are more apartments to rent. Pictures on Booking are made in such a way to put them in a good light, in the sense that the pictures do not reflect exactly the reality. This opinion was shared by our neighbors as well. No major complaints anyway.

Excellent location. Adorable little apartment with a balcony with a wonderful view of the city. Although we did not see the host, she was very kind and gave us clear instructions to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Property was very central we could walk everywhere and had a great view from front terrace and was very comfortable for a family.
