If you ever decide to stay in Matera, please check if those two wonderful people have vacancies for you! Never been in such clean and wonderful place. You will feel at home, welcomed and respected. Antonella and Mario are the most amazing hosts that you can ask about. The location is perfect - 7-8 minutes to the city center. The breakfast is outstanding too. We will definitely go back someday!

Everything! This accommodation has made our tike at Matera even more wonderful. The property itself is stunning and in a nice area, although it’s around 20 mins away from the center, we didn’t really mind the walk. Plus plenty of parking in the area, which was such a plus! The hosts were just amazing, preparing a nice breakfast for us every morning, you have access to free water, which was nice since we were there in July! Also, info of Matera, including all points of interest was provided to us by the host when we arrived. The room itself was spacious and clean! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Antonella and Mario were so friendly and attentive. They were so welcoming and would help everybody out as best they could. The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast was a selection of cheese, hams and bread. Antonella would also make her own cake and serve it to guests for breakfast. The best breakfast I've had in anywhere I have stayed.

Antonela and Mario just know what they are doing and they do it with so much care that is almost sure you will have an amazing stay there. Their place is beautiful, clean and very well preserved by them. The rooms have a very nice inner space and is just missing a frigobar to be perfect! You don´t even have to plan you trip to Matera because Antonela will give you a privite guiding brief when you check in there with everything you need to visit in the city (really, is a free guide). The last, the breakfast! I will not spoil this, you will just have to live it, but is definetely a highlight.

The property is very well made and excellently maintained. Located at a calm and quiet place. Plenty of parking options on the street at no charge. Rooms are clean equipped with everything you need. The hosts are great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with high quality local produce and delicious fresh home backed sweets. Highly recommended.
