Extremely kind host, father of Lorenzo we have been in touch before arrival, took us from the bus stop, explained everything and took us to the bus on the day of our departure. The appartment is unique, one bedroom in a cave, the second in the part, which was additionally built to the cave. Appartment warm with central heating one can control. Kitchen and bathroom very well equiped. Beds very comfortable. Recommend with all my heart...

The accommodation is really special because of its location in the old centre of Matera. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The furnishings in the apartment and the decor add to the authentic experience of the place. Unfortunately we could only stay for one day this time, so we would love to return.

The communication and follow up on questions where timely and accurate. Thumbs up. Minor issues, like the clothes washer not working for us, were handled immediately and with resolve.

No photographs will be able to convey the atmosphere of this residence. Everything is just perfect, everything is even much more beautiful in person, I definitely recommend this accommodation. Extremely friendly host and always available to help. Typical house located in the traditional neighborhoods of Matera, and in a short walking distance to some of the most iconic places of this town. House with all amenities, and very cosy and comfortable. I really recommend the stay in this house, if you are planning a visit to wonderful Matera.
