We felt really welcomed at Sunny Villas during our stay we had everything we needed , comfort , cleanliness, friendly staff, romantic atmosphere and variety of amenities (like good Wi-Fi, a nice breakfast, or easy access to local attraction). Shahir (the owner and manager of Sunny villa) was really friendly and approachable, contributed to making the stay memorable. A suggested boat trip must have been a great way to explore the area, and a refreshing pool is always a perfect touch for relaxation

Just 3 days full of calm and relax. Very nice place, clean and the staff was very friendly. Good food ( the best we tried over the island) The last day of our stay we had a problem with our car and the guy at reception was so kind to help us! We have a beautiful memory about this place

This property is a GEM! We had the best days in Zanzibar. Hotel was immaculately clean, staff are the most kindest humans on earth, food was amazing, the owner was really nice and his attention to detail in his property made Sunny Villa Matemwe captivating. This new, clean, and beautiful hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and modern. The pool was never crowded, allowing us to swim at any time, and the beach is just a few seconds away. The staff took great care of us, especially Nasra, who went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes and always brought a smile to our faces. The hotel also offers various activities at fair prices. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel every day. The prices were reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious! We felt very comfortable and can recommend Sunny Villa Matemwe to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

The property looks exactly as the photos. Everything is new and very clean It’s super near to a beautiful beach. The staff are very nice and polite. I had a great staying.

The room was spacious, clean and modern looking. Food was freshly prepared everyday. The staff came to you to take the order for the next meal and you said the time too when you want to eat it. Some water equipments for free to use( not the best quality but for free). It was close to the beach, max 100 m.
