Very professional and helpful receptionists and all other staff. Cleaning crew was amazing. Restaurant food quality was very good and staff very attending. They recommended nice safari trip, too bad we could bring a lion as a pet =;-) Maybe next time! Didn't mind that see wasn't really for swimming (too shallow and really too warm), nice hotel pool was just fine! Friendly locals, obviously wanted to do business and sell something, but were not pushy. Amazing beach with white sand. Place highly recommended!

Staff were outstanding, so welcoming and service minded , hotel and room was amazing, food quality excellent. We got a free room upgrade and also on the departure day, we got to keep our room until evening free of charge. Overall an amazing place, can highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Alladin Beach Hotel, the members of staff were always in such a good mood and really helpful to organise excursions! The room was very comfy, the bed particularly, slept like a baby for 3 nights. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed it every day! The best time was relaxing by the pool, which was the perfect temperature, with a drink in hand. Matemwe is less lively than other locations in Zanzibar, perfect for rest and for a family setting. However, you have easy access to Nungwi and Kendwa if you want to spend the day in a more crowded atmosphere (only 45 min away by taxi). The snorkelling in Mnemba is right next door, as is one of the island's dolphin spots.

The staff was supper friendly and made sure everything was according to your requirements. The hotel is great, very clean. Three bar areas to choose from, all well serviced and have beautifully ocean views.

Super friendly staff, intimate boutique hotel directly on the white-sand beach. Excellent kitchen, a la carte breakfast, and dinner. Flexible schedule! Sometimes breakfast / dinner took a bit long, but as we were on vacation, we did not mind. We liked the live music (singer/songwriter) and taking a drink on the roof-top terrace.
