Perfect stay. We fell in love with the place. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and had the best sea view. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food is a m a z i n g by any standard. Great yoga classes as well to start the day. We loved the easy access to the beach and to the surf point. We will definitely come again. Feels like home away from home ❤️

Madiha Surf Lodge is a beautiful accommodation. You receive a very warm welcome and all the info you need for a chilled stay. The adjoining café was the star of our stay. Definitely try the Shakshuka and their smoothie bowls. We can highly recommend it. Best coffee we had during our month-long stay in Sri Lanka! We particularly want to highlight the friendliness of the owner, managers and staff. They‘ve been very attentive, helpful and generally just in a good mood :) The rooms are pretty, minimalistic and stylish. The outdoor bathroom is lusciously green. Other things we liked: A/C in the rooms, good wifi (good for working and even videos), very green!, lots of cute dogs, lots of outdoor seating options, outlets everywhere, hot water shower, four pillows on the bed. We also weren‘t disturbed by noise like other reviews have said. Great location: little stretch of beach right outside, near turtle watching beach and near plenty of eateries. Fresh and free water refill all day! We got the impression that we booked one of the best places in Madiha and want to thank the team for all their efforts.

Wat an absolute delight it is to stay in this little piece of paradise! Gorgeous decor, delicious food and drinks, kind and superb service. A place you will definitely feel at home. Madiha itself is also a good choice as a location, since you will find tranquility and beauty, but there are some really nice restaurants and chill places in the neighbourhood. And of course Mirissa, which is a lot busier, is 15 min away. We stayed here with our family of 4 and absolutely loved it!

My Fiancé and I traveled through Sri Lanka for a few weeks and this was absolute our fav place. The location is right on the beach (madiha surf break). Chethana and Saskia the owners are the most amazing hosts you can wish for. The staff is always helpful if you need something and the service in general has very high standards. Now to our fav parts the rooms are so beautiful and decorated with so much love, same for the cafe it’s just a cosy place to spend some time, have a coffee or one of the delicious meals they offer. It is such a little peaceful paradise surrounded by palmtrees and the ocean.

We were beyond happy that we got to stay in Madiha Surf Lodge. This place was beautiful and with such a friendly owners & staff! Our room was so beautiful and clean. The brakfast/seating area was so cosy and beautiful and the accommodation was located only few steps from the most amazing beach with breathtaking sunset spot(short private road to the beach). We are vegan & they met our needs and prepared us tastiest breakfast (It was even better than food from restourants haha) So couldn't be more happy! Thank you so much and we will for sure return! It was hard to leave :)
