Beautiful location , extremely clean, all necessities provided including great Continental breakfast with homemade bread. Games provided and Mia was a very friendly host with Hunter her dog. 15 minutes from Hobbiton. Would recommend.

Gorgeous place very relaxing. Owners were welcoming and very friendly. It was dads 80th birthday and Mia left him a card and small present which was really lovely. Breakfast was lovely and you just felt like being at home will be back. Hunter the little dog 🐕 is a little charmer too

The cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated Mia had thought of everything you could possibly want The breakfast was delicious with gorgeous homemade bread

The breakfast was superb, healthy and delicious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The garden beautiful and relaxing - it was a most peaceful and pleasant experience.

We arrived late, but the owner was still able to meet us with a smile. It's extremely close to Hobbiton for an early morning tour!

A beautiful property which is modern and clean. The location is fantastic, very close to Hobbiton, which was why we were in Matamata. The property was well furnished and provided an extremely peaceful and restful stay. You can tell the owners are very proud of their bed and breakfast - they put their personal touch on it and even offered my toddler toys to play with! Very thankful for that. The breakfast was fantastic!!!! The bread and juices were delicious! Thank you Michael and Mia. It was also very nice to have the doggies Hunter and Toby around :)

The unit was so nice, it was everything we needed and more. We’re not big breakfast eaters but the breakfast we were supplied was amazing. Plus the location was perfect.
