The location was convenient and the breakfast view across the park from the dining table was relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, The room had a comfortable queen size bed, air-conditioning and new TV. This room exceeded our expectations and sets a very high standard others could learn from.

Room was upgraded to king size bed at no extra cost. It was spacious room and very comfortable. Warm and had everything needed. Definitely stay there again. Pat was friendly and most helpful. Shower had good pressure. Lovely location.
