Location. Cleanliness. The pool (but sadly the weather was very unseasonal so we didn’t take advantage of it!).

We had a very nice stay. We had clean towels everyday. And dishes done if there was any.. The vanity wiped. You don’t get that very often. We were there for 5 days

I started staying in this place 20 years ago and it doesn't appear to have been upgraded in that time. Very basic, unwelcoming room with very few facilities. Handy to a few restaurants and Pak n Save supermarket, helpful for me, not having a vehicle.

I've stayed in the discovery Lodge before and the facilities do not disappoint. The customer service fire exceeded expectation and if I am ever in Masterton again I wouldn't hesitate to stay in it

I was one of two couples staying. A fabulous roomy unit. We tossed for the Queen bed and I lost, but the Single was very comfy. Bonus point for having two parking spaces allocated to the room, as we were travelling in two cars. Thank you

The woman at Reception was lovely, and helpful. I location to the town was perfect and it was quiet, shich is what we were looking for. I couldn't rate the facilities too well because we didn't have a lot of time and stayed in our room when we were at the Lodge. If we had more time were would have explored further. Next time.
