Like most reviewers have said before us, Marina del Cantone is an absolutely gorgeous spot on the globe. And the nicely refurbished apartments in an old fish house (apparenly) are run by a very welcoming family. The only challenge for us -senior citizens- were the multiple steps leading up to the flat. Our arrival, however, was made much easier by Salvatore’s father (a senior citizen himself!) who transported our luggage speedely up the flight of stairs. Thanks! The location is a treasure! You will find here a beautiful beach, several nice restaurants, and also spots with activities renting such as boats, diving, etc. The apartment is very nice, you have a small kitchen, AC, and washing machine which makes the stay more comfortable! If you want a beach view, it’s better to check the availability in advance. Also there are steps to enter the apartment so keep this in mind. My stay was great! Salvatore as a host is very helpful and welcoming! Highly recommend this location for staying in Nerrano.

This is an amazing place, everything is within a few meters - great beach, plenty of restaurants, shop, parking (paid but highly recommended if you want to explore the area)... There are probably cheaper places further from the beach but this one is worth every penny. We are a family with three kids and they could go to the beach and back by themself, us watching them from the balcony. Salvatore and his wife are always there to help with anything. We don't normally go to the same place again but in this case we will likely make an exception. For those who are concerned about noise from the beach restaurants, I was little worried about this but the flat has a really good sound proof windows so this wasn't an issue at all.
